In accordance with section 7 para. 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we are, as a service provider, responsible for ensuring that our own content on this website is in compliance with the general legislation. However, in accordance with sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, as a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or saved external content, or to carry out investigations into circumstances that might point to any unlawful activity.
This does not affect our obligations in respect of the removal or blocking of the use of information in accordance with the general legislation. Liability in this respect does not come into effect, however, until the point in time when we become aware of a specific violation of the law. At the point in time when we become aware of the corresponding violation of the law, we will remove the content in question without delay.
